Before beginning her career in real estate, Darcie spent 26 years as a registered nurse, where she developed the compassion, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that continue to serve her clients today.

Alongside her husband, Toma, Darcie followed a dream of opening an EXIT Realty franchise built on strong relationships, integrity, and a family-first culture. After spending more than a decade on the Gulf Coast, they chose Northwest Arkansas as the place to grow both their business and their roots. Today, they are proud to help clients across the region while mentoring agents to build successful and fulfilling careers.
